On every single project, Kara starts her design process with the core objective and end user in mind. She loves working on all kinds of design work, from corporate to the weird and wonderful.
Glen
If you’re looking for a beautifully built, premium platform then Glen is your guy. His attention to detail is impeccable and this results in solid, reliable code.
Ambareen
As a hard-working Junior, Ambareen is learning on the job every day. She’s passionate about sourcing knowledge from the rest of the team and progressing to the next level!

The brains behind our process here at Strafe, Helen keeps us all on track every single day! She is an oracle of knowledge when it comes to tools and our methodological approach.
Ross
Ross is fascinated by all things design and UX. He is hands-on during the beginning stages of the design process and loves seeing the intricacies of a project come together.
Raphael
If a more technical project is on the horizon, then we get Raph on the job! He loves the technical elements and is at his happiest working on complex builds.
Hannah
Nothing gets past Hannah, she is strict to ensure her projects are always on time - keeping clients and the Strafe team happy! She’s hard-working and very personable.

A passionate and detail-oriented designer, Ben takes design inspiration from everyday life. He absorbs new knowledge like a sponge and puts it to use on client projects straight away.
Christian
Christian is our digital content specialist, who supports all our project managers to get our work live. He leads on our quality assurance, to ensure every build is robust and bug-free!
David
David is the latest addition to our development team, and he's already demonstrating a strong passion for learning and consistently expanding his skills.
Tom
Tom has a keen eye for design, and despite being with us for only a short time, he’s already proven to be a quick learner and a client favourite.
Sarah
You’ll see Sarah’s handiwork across the Strafe website and blog - if you need something writing then she’s your go-to. She’s passionate about crafting stories that bring Strafe’s expertise to life.
Abi
Abi supports our Managing Director with all things admin! She is always happy to help and keep everything organised.
Tony
After years of working with brands such as Aviva, Universal Music and Boots, Tony brings his marketing experience to help Strafe build brand strategies and deliver great customer experiences.

Olly’s incredible portfolio of successful client projects; Emirates, Adidas and Visa just to name a few, means he can offer insights and advice to support new opportunities and the growth of Strafe.
Natalie
Natalie works behind the scenes to keep the finances in order and the directors in the know. She’s proactive and will chase you down for invoices and payments if needs be.
