Introduction

Revolutionising Location Insights with CX Lens

As Strafe, we were entrusted with the entire design of the CX Lens SAAS platform. From creating a seamless onboarding experience to tailoring the platform for various user personas and tiers, we focused on making complex data easily accessible and actionable. Our intuitive UI design allows users to dissect data effortlessly and derive valuable insights to fuel business growth.

The initial UX challenge

Our work with CX Lens was both challenging and rewarding. The primary challenge we faced was the complexity of the data involved and the need to make it accessible and actionable for users. We needed to create an intuitive UI that could handle large volumes of data without overwhelming the user, allowing them to easily navigate through the information and pull out the insights they needed. To address this, we started with a deep understanding of the end-users—their needs, pain points, and goals. This informed our design decisions, allowing us to create a tailored experience for each persona type and ensuring that the platform met the needs of all user tiers.

 

Throughout the project, our design process was thorough and iterative. We began with extensive research and discovery, delving into the industry, analysing competitors, and gaining insights from potential users. This research formed the foundation of our design strategy, ensuring that our solutions were both innovative and grounded in real user needs. We developed detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to map out the user journey, testing and refining these prototypes to ensure a seamless experience. Our focus during the UI/UX design phase was on creating a clean, modern interface that simplified complex data interactions. We adopted a modular design approach to allow for scalability and customisation, ensuring the platform could grow and evolve alongside its users.
