Our streamlined 4-step referral process makes it easy for you to introduce your network, track their progress, and earn your commission. We prioritise transparency and efficiency at every stage, ensuring you stay informed while building trust with your network.

Here’s how it works:

Log the referral in Monday.com

Before introducing your contact, log the referral in your custom Monday.com form. This allows us to research the lead and tailor our approach, ensuring we’re ready to impress when you make the introduction.

  • Use your custom Monday.com form to submit project details.
  • Give us time to gather relevant insights and context.
  • This creates a clear and transparent paper trail.
  • Ensures a seamless process with no missed information.

Warm email introduction

Once you’ve logged the referral, send a warm email introduction directly to Ross, one of our Directors. This personal approach shows your contact you care, builds trust, and makes it easier for us to connect with them. It also means they know they're not just going through to a sales staff member either.

Track progress in real time

With your Monday.com dashboard, you can track your referral’s journey through our sales cycle. This ensures total transparency and helps you forecast when you’ll receive your commission payments.

Earn your commission

Once your referral becomes a paying client, you’ll be notified to invoice us for your 5% commission (or you can "bank it " for 7.5% service credit.) Payments are made quarterly, and everything is tracked in your Monday.com dashboard for clarity.

  • Submit your invoice when prompted for payment.
